Women in Leadership
The Women in Leadership panel discussion brings together women leaders from across the Netherlands to address issues like gender gap, diversity and inclusion. Due to immense popularity it turned into a reoccurring event for the university and like all great things in this world, it needed some awareness. I wanted the branding for the event to reflect leadership with a touch of femininity while highlighting the need of working together. Since this event will be held every year I wanted the promotional materials to be recognisable but also flexible to change while retaining the core components of its branding.

The West African Tabono symbol represents strength, hard work, and persistence and is drawn as four oars rowing in unison working together to achieve a common goal. Like the Tobono, the Women in Leadership event highlights women who have achieved success through their hard work, strength, and dedication. It highlights that only together can we break barriers and work towards equality and an inclusive future.
